A very good chance. 16 minutes into the match, Deportivo Llorente's goal looked a bit too open when Gabriel Ospetsu came free, but Nicasio Dei reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nicasio Dei showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Federico Emeterio, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Natalio Soin didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Deportivo Llorente. Nicasio Dei made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gabriel Ospetsu in the 35th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Amador Romildo during the 42nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Amador Romildo hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Federico Emeterio was the one to do the kick off. After 55 played minutes Deportivo Llorente got a freekick which was hit by Nemesio Elivareo. Gabriel Ospetsu's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Nicasio Dei firmly grabbed it by the left post. If Maximiliano Rumaldo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Amador Romildo hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. After having played for 76 minutes, Gabriel Ospetsu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. La Mision FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gabriel Ospetsu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Maximiliano Rumaldo came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the Deportivo Llorente fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Maximiliano Rumaldo couldn't finish the play. 82 minutes into the match, Deportivo Llorente's goalkeeper Nicasio Dei had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gabriel Ospetsu. The supporters of Deportivo Llorente booed when La Mision FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Salvador Mouricio didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 97 minutes, Americo Frasquito mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Deportivo Llorente and the La Mision FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
