Spectators: 7295 (Terracing: 5473, Seating: 1677, VIP seats: 145) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Gonzalo Aimar took the kick off in the first half of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Julian Lohitzun during the 3rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 3 played minutes Riachuelo got a freekick which was hit by Julian Lohitzun. In the 7th minute, Mussa FC's Omar Eguen seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Omar Eguen the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Mussa FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Omar Eguen had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In a very dangerous position, a player in Mussa FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 6th minute. Penalty! The goalkeeper, Gonzo Reyes, was totally fooled by Riachuelo's Leonides Quintana, who 9 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Gonzo Reyes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Geronimo Sancho in the 14th minute of play. 14 minutes into the match, Geronimo Sancho had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gonzo Reyes. Mussa FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Geronimo Sancho was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. In the 17th minute, Raimundo Eladio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Daniel Palben fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andres Illart having to interfere. 方钢建 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. After having played for 37 minutes, Saverio Sotil managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mussa FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Saverio Sotil was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Raimundo Eladio got free with Gonzo Reyes in the 42nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Mussa FC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Geronimo Sancho 44 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 3-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The wind increased when Geronimo Sancho made the kick off in the second half. Gonzo Reyes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Raimundo Eladio, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. In the 55thth minute of the game Raimundo Eladio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mussa FC's Gonzo Reyes was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Mussa FC's attentive Daniel Palben managed to snatch the ball when Leonides Quintana made a throw-in in the 64th minute of the game. In the 66th minute, Geronimo Sancho left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Riachuelo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. Raimundo Eladio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Gonzo Reyes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Hilario Jaizki had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Mussa FC's Daniel Palben got a free kick in the 82nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Raimundo Eladio in the 87th minute of play forced Mussa FC's goalkeeper Gonzo Reyes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Riachuelo's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
