Spectators: 7288 (Terracing: 5468, Seating: 1676, VIP seats: 144) Derek Marsden recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Derek Marsden had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of CA La Juanita booed when El yeso de Van de Kerkhof was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lu Ying Yang didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in El yeso de Van de Kerkhof's zone, Aquilino Indar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Florencio Gaufred came out of the goal and Aquilino Indar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Ariel Firmin came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the El yeso de Van de Kerkhof fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ariel Firmin couldn't finish the play. Derek Marsden kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. Andres Kauldi came out of the goal in the 43rd minute to try and stop a shot by El yeso de Van de Kerkhof's Romulo Felipillo. But to his dismay, Romulo Felipillo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Aquilino Indar stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The crowd rose to their feet as El yeso de Van de Kerkhof's Cecilio Galoer slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Andres Kauldi. That made the score 0-3 after 54 minutes of play. In the 59th match minute, El yeso de Van de Kerkhof was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cecilio Galoer to maneuver through the defense. If Aquilino Indar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Andres Kauldi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Derek Marsden, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 74th minute, Aquilino Indar managed to get in a good position for a shot. CA La Juanita's supporters rose to their feet, but Aquilino Indar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Florencio Gaufred breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of CA La Juanita booed when El yeso de Van de Kerkhof was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Romulo Felipillo didn't get a good kick on the ball. El yeso de Van de Kerkhof's Efrain Lauaxeta got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Florencio Gaufred showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aquilino Indar in the 93rd minute of the match. When the final whistle sounded El yeso de Van de Kerkhof left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than CA La Juanita.
