Pedro Christobal was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. 17 minutes into the game, Aquilino Pacifico was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. VITESSE's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave MilTinchi the free kick. The supporters of MilTinchi booed when VITESSE was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aquilino Pacifico didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, VITESSE's Martin Ødegaard got a free kick in the 24th minute. 27 minutes into the match, VITESSE's goal looked a bit too open when Haroldo Birila came free, but Anibal Inko reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 29th minute, Cirilo Avellaneda hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 31stth minute of the game Anacleto Asteri who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but MilTinchi's Pedro Christobal was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Hermengildo Bartoli came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the VITESSE fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hermengildo Bartoli couldn't finish the play. The supporters of MilTinchi booed when VITESSE was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Enrique Guipuzkoa didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 46 played minutes MilTinchi got a freekick which was hit by Benito Aguilera. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Anacleto Asteri stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. MilTinchi's Pedro Christobal proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 57th minute of the match, managed to save MilTinchi from getting a goal against them. With his leg Pedro Christobal managed to avoid a goal in the 59thth minute, when VITESSE's Anacleto Asteri fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Through an outstanding action, after 65 minutes, Pedro Christobal successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post.
