The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 6 minutes into the match, Matias Ralondo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Camilo Pagomari. Cotita FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Matias Ralondo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Aristides Bartolome received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Marcial Eneas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Baldomero Quintun had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Cotita FC booed when Ezeiza FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Silvestre Confesor didn't get a good kick on the ball. Isaac Xabier sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Roman Lobo hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. Ezeiza FC's Tadeo Palben got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Isaac Xabier sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 45 minutes, Baldomero Quintun managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cotita FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Baldomero Quintun was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 47th minute Aristides Bartolome shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcial Eneas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Ezeiza FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Cotita FC were winning 1-2.

The wind increased when Baldomero Quintun made the kick off in the second half. Cotita FC's Camilo Pagomari played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Matias Ralondo in the 55th minute of play. Camilo Pagomari showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isaac Xabier, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. Cotita FC's Isaac Valiente shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 58th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Marcial Eneas but with some difficulty. Matias Ralondo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Camilo Pagomari tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Isaac Xabier sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Silvestre Confesor kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. Baldomero Quintun might have been able to make a better finish in the 76th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Marcial Eneas. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Baldomero Quintun ran back to his position shaking his head. Aristides Bartolome fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcial Eneas having to interfere. 83 minutes into the match, Cotita FC's goal looked a bit too open when Matias Ralondo came free, but Camilo Pagomari reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Camilo Pagomari took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Matias Ralondo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 88th minute Isaac Xabier shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Camilo Pagomari saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Ezeiza FC's Tadeo Palben got a free kick in the 91st minute. Baldomero Quintun struck a weak shot in the 92nd minute. Marcial Eneas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cotita FC. The Ezeiza FC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Cotita FC's performance. The match ended with a win for Cotita FC.
