Rafael Erroman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Basilio Gauargi struck a weak shot in the 13th minute. Cristo Padro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Huergo. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Juan Corderro during the 16th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 18 minutes into the game, Huergo's Rafael Erroman nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Cristo Padro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. The supporters of Huergo booed when Las Pelotas F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Romeo Medero didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee gave Huergo a penalty, 24 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Jeremias Giraldo, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Las Pelotas F.C.'s Cristo Padro. 0-2. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Basilio Gauargi managed to get in a good position for a shot. Huergo's supporters rose to their feet, but Basilio Gauargi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cristo Padro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Cristo Padro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Basilio Gauargi went, in the 31st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. Romeo Medero's late challenge caught a Huergo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Romeo Medero helped the player get up and apologised. 36 minutes into the game, Vinicio Constancio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Huergo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Las Pelotas F.C. the free kick. After a defensive mix-up in Las Pelotas F.C.'s zone, Basilio Gauargi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cristo Padro came out of the goal and Basilio Gauargi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Cirilo Azeari recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 44 minutes into the match, Las Pelotas F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Rafael Erroman came free, but Cristo Padro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Las Pelotas F.C. players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Huergo were winning 0-3.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Eleuterio Oier stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Cirilo Azeari charged in rather forcefully in the 52nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cirilo Azeari the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 52 played minutes Huergo got a freekick which was hit by Cirilo Azeari. In the 58th minute, Jeremias Giraldo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 59th minute Arturo Beremundo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcelino Blasi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 62 minutes into the match, Basilio Gauargi notched a goal, 0-4, to the right of Las Pelotas F.C.'s Cristo Padro. Cristo Padro was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Cristo Padro was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Rafael Erroman showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-5 in the 67 minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Arturo Beremundo in the 71st minute of play forced Huergo's goalkeeper Marcelino Blasi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cristo Padro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rafael Erroman in the 74th minute of the match. Las Pelotas F.C.'s Cristo Padro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rafael Erroman in the 75th minute of play. Cirilo Azeari might have been able to make a better finish in the 79th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cristo Padro. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cirilo Azeari ran back to his position shaking his head. After a rather tough play, Las Pelotas F.C.'s Romeo Medero got a free kick in the 80th minute. Basilio Gauargi hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. Basilio Gauargi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cristo Padro having to interfere. Basilio Gauargi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Cristo Padro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match was over Huergo could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Las Pelotas F.C. throughout the match.
