When Evelio Fernandez came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the Hernando fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Evelio Fernandez couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Sixto Hernandez managed to get in a good position for a shot. LOS MALA FAMA's supporters rose to their feet, but Sixto Hernandez was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Domingo Gaskon breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Eustacio Fernandes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Domingo Gaskon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Hernando getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Romeo Lander hit a great ball. In the 28th minute, Eustacio Fernandes left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The LOS MALA FAMA fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Benedicto Urre made an important save on a dangerous shot by Evelio Fernandez in the 34th minute. Fausto Restu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Sixto Hernandez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Domingo Gaskon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eustacio Fernandes in the 40th minute of play. In the 42nd minute, Ermegildo Raulo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Hernando's zone, Sixto Hernandez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Domingo Gaskon came out of the goal and Sixto Hernandez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Eustacio Fernandes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 47 minutes into the game, LOS MALA FAMA's Sixto Hernandez nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Domingo Gaskon made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Sixto Hernandez to strike the kick off in the second half. 65 minutes into the match, Hernando's goalkeeper Domingo Gaskon had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eustacio Fernandes. Sixto Hernandez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Domingo Gaskon having to interfere. In the 73rd minute Sixto Hernandez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Domingo Gaskon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Hernando's zone, Eustacio Fernandes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Domingo Gaskon came out of the goal and Eustacio Fernandes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Eustacio Fernandes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dante Roldan hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. Sebastian Hanni, 87 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Benedicto Urre took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fausto Restu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Evelio Fernandez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. LOS MALA FAMA walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
