Silvano Leizarraga started the match with the kick off. Anselmo Godoy came out of the goal in the 14th minute to try and stop a shot by Los Tilos FC's Arturo Mingo. But to his dismay, Arturo Mingo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Astor Casado might have been able to make a better finish in the 21st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Anselmo Godoy. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Astor Casado ran back to his position shaking his head. Los Tilos FC's Arsenio Bixintxo got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Salvador Ellande's late challenge caught a Los Tilos FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Salvador Ellande helped the player get up and apologised. 25 minutes into the game, one of LO MEJORE 11 F.C.:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. After some fancy dribbling in the 30th minute, Raimundo Garin managed to get in a good position for a shot. LO MEJORE 11 F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Raimundo Garin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Norberto Gurutz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 36th minute, Raimundo Garin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a little luck, Los Tilos FC's Norberto Gurutz got control of the ball when Raimundo Garin tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of Los Tilos FC booed when LO MEJORE 11 F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Epifanio Belo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Los Tilos FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Mariano Pinto in the 44th minute. The corner ended in Arturo Mingo almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but LO MEJORE 11 F.C.'s Anselmo Godoy did a great save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Silvano Leizarraga in the 48th minute of play forced Los Tilos FC's goalkeeper Norberto Gurutz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Astor Casado made a kick off. Raimundo Garin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Norberto Gurutz having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Silvano Leizarraga managed to get in a good position for a shot. LO MEJORE 11 F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Silvano Leizarraga was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Norberto Gurutz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Anselmo Godoy showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Astor Casado in the 69th minute of the match. Raimundo Garin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Arturo Mingo came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the Los Tilos FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Arturo Mingo couldn't finish the play. Guillermo Tartalo's late challenge caught a LO MEJORE 11 F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. After some fancy dribbling in the 92nd minute, Raimundo Garin managed to get in a good position for a shot. LO MEJORE 11 F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Raimundo Garin was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Norberto Gurutz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, LO MEJORE 11 F.C.'s Epifanio Belo got a free kick in the 94th minute. Astor Casado recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Los Tilos FC were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over LO MEJORE 11 F.C.'s much stronger midfield.
