Spectators: 7253 (Terracing: 5441, Seating: 1668, VIP seats: 144) Los Tilos FC's Astor Casado started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Ninte's Nestor Tartalo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Astor Casado in the 8th minute of play. With a little luck, Ninte's Nestor Tartalo got control of the ball when Arturo Mingo tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 16th minute of the match Guaberto Eguen sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Norberto Gurutz skillfully saved the ball. Norberto Gurutz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Isidoro Chabier, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 18 played minutes Los Tilos FC got a freekick which was hit by Arsenio Bixintxo. In the 21stth minute of the game Astor Casado who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ninte's Nestor Tartalo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 22nd match minute, Ninte was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joel Mendiko to maneuver through the defense. 23 minutes into the match, Astor Casado had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Nestor Tartalo. Ninte's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Astor Casado was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Astor Casado recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Los Tilos FC's Norberto Gurutz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jimeno Gartxot in the 28th minute of play. Nestor Tartalo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Astor Casado, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Raul Gaizko's late challenge caught a Los Tilos FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Raul Gaizko helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Los Tilos FC booed when Ninte was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Raul Gaizko didn't get a good kick on the ball. 33 minutes into the match, Ninte's goal looked a bit too open when Astor Casado came free, but Nestor Tartalo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Arturo Mingo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 48 minutes, Arturo Mingo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Los Tilos FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Arturo Mingo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Isidoro Chabier was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, Ninte's Filiberto Monte got a free kick in the 54th minute. Norberto Gurutz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Isidoro Chabier in the 58th minute of the match. In the 67th minute the ball was on its way in behind Los Tilos FC's goalkeeper Norberto Gurutz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Guillermo Tartalo during the 70th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 74th minute, Arturo Mingo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Nestor Tartalo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Astor Casado's shot from short distance in the 76th minute. After 83 minutes, Arsenio Bixintxo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Los Tilos FC and the Ninte players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 83rd match minute, Los Tilos FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arsenio Bixintxo to maneuver through the defense. In the 89th minute, Isidoro Chabier fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Astor Casado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Astor Casado in the 95th minute of play forced Ninte's goalkeeper Nestor Tartalo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ninte's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
