Spectators: 7232 (Terracing: 5426, Seating: 1663, VIP seats: 143) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Placido Jon got the match started through his kick off. Simon Todor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Barracas Central's Isidro Celino got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 27th minute Placido Jon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paolo Perez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Cuchilla getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Aquilino Rexino hit a great ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Oscar Benet in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Iker Tartalo saved Cuchilla from getting behind. After 33 played minutes Barracas Central got a freekick which was hit by Oscar Loi. If Oscar Benet had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Paolo Perez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eliseo Polentzi in the 38th minute of the match. Paolo Perez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Placido Jon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 40 minutes into the match, Cuchilla's goal looked a bit too open when Oscar Benet came free, but Iker Tartalo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 45 minutes into the match, Barracas Central's Oscar Benet sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Iker Tartalo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Barracas Central's Oscar Benet in the 47th minute got a chance for a shot 47th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Cuchilla's goalie prevented a goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Aquilino Rexino hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. Barracas Central's Paolo Perez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Placido Jon in the 61st minute of play. Oscar Benets short, quick shot in the 64thth minute got Iker Tartalo to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Oscar Benet spun around in front of the goal 66 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Cuchilla's goal. In the 72nd minute, Simon Todor got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Simon Todor struck a weak shot in the 75th minute. Iker Tartalo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Barracas Central. A hard shot 79 in the game by Oscar Benet from a close distance when the talented Iker Tartalo managed to make a qualified save. Cuchilla's players were relieved. Paolo Perez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Placido Jon, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. 82 minutes into the match, Placido Jon notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Barracas Central's Paolo Perez. Paolo Perez was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Barracas Central's Paolo Perez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eliseo Polentzi in the 86th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Barracas Central's Simon Todor got a free kick in the 88th minute. In the 89th minute of the match Geronimo Macias sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Paolo Perez skillfully saved the ball. In the 91st minute, Oscar Benet ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Iker Tartalo was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Cuchilla fans cheered their team off the field, for while Barracas Central had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
