Antonio Guillelmo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Lucas Iban had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The crowd rose to their feet as Lucas Iban kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Artemio Blasco. That made the score 1-0 in the 14 minute of play. Antonio Guillelmo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Artemio Blasco having to interfere. Silvano Isauro struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Artemio Blasco didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for La banda del Matadero. Rogelio Eliazar's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Artemio Blasco read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 28th minute of play. The supporters of La banda del Matadero booed when Cochuna was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Silvestre Perico didn't get a good kick on the ball. Cochuna's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave La banda del Matadero the free kick. After a rather tough play, Cochuna's Silvestre Perico got a free kick in the 41st minute. 46 minutes into the match, Cochuna's goalkeeper Artemio Blasco had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rogelio Eliazar. La banda del Matadero's Raimundo Raymond suffered a concussion in the 47th minute, after a hard challenge, and had to leave the field. 47 minutes into the game, Alberto Nazario was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cochuna's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave La banda del Matadero the free kick. La banda del Matadero's Aaron Senin was substituted for Raimundo Raymond. A collision led to Cochuna getting a freekick after 49 minutes play. Alberto Nazario hit a great ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Ciro Corderro made the kick off in the second half. Albano Tximitx hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. Fabricio Orain sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 81st match minute, Cochuna was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Silvestre Perico to maneuver through the defense. If Rogelio Eliazar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Artemio Blasco made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aaron Senin in the 84th minute of play. Antonio Guillelmo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. La banda del Matadero's Roque Liberto was substituted for Rogelio Eliazar. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. La banda del Matadero fully deserved thier win.
