Albano Ignazio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edgard Lleir, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Albano Ignazio stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cristian Medina's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. After a rather tough play, q t importa FC's Alejo Lon got a free kick in the 21st minute. Cristian Medina fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Albano Ignazio having to interfere. Palmira's Edgard Lleir got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 25th minute Edgard Lleir shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Albano Ignazio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Palmira booed when q t importa FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alejo Lon didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 36th minute, Edgard Lleir left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Palmira fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. When Timoteo Bitxintxo fell near the penalty area in the 40th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. q t importa FC's Albano Ignazio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Medina in the 47th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Hugo Aznar to strike the kick off in the second half. If Cristian Medina had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. In the 62nd minute the ball was on its way in behind q t importa FC's goalkeeper Albano Ignazio, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 64 minutes into the match, q t importa FC's Nicolas Goito sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Donato Xacintu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Edgard Lleir had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. A very good chance. 0-5 became the score in the 85th minute when Cristian Medina elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 87th match minute, Palmira was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nicasio Nastasio to maneuver through the defense. 93 minutes into the match, q t importa FC's goal looked a bit too open when Cristian Medina came free, but Albano Ignazio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match was over Palmira could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than q t importa FC throughout the match.
