The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Justino Ereinotz's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ruperto Paio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 3rd minute of play. After having played for 5 minutes, Evelio Perico managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bath City's supporters crossed their fingers, but Evelio Perico was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a little luck, Bath City's Ruperto Paio got control of the ball when Justino Ereinotz tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 12 minutes of play, Extasis Fobal Clú's Justino Ereinotz made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ruperto Paio was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Justino Ereinotz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Extasis Fobal Clú's Delmar Ortle played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luisito Ricart in the 26th minute of play. Bath City's defense didn't have a chance, in the 27th minute, when Jorge Savier scored to the left of an out of position Ruperto Paio, making the score, 2-1. Delmar Ortle took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Luisito Ricart, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Evelio Perico had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 45th minute of the match Paolo Frascuelo sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Delmar Ortle skillfully saved the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Extasis Fobal Clú's zone, Luisito Ricart stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Delmar Ortle came out of the goal and Luisito Ricart tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

After having played for 64 minutes, Evelio Perico managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bath City's supporters crossed their fingers, but Evelio Perico was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 65 played minutes Extasis Fobal Clú got a freekick which was hit by Baltasar Frans. Luisito Ricart sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Delmar Ortle made an important save on a dangerous shot by Evelio Perico in the 70th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 71st minute, Evelio Perico managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bath City's supporters rose to their feet, but Evelio Perico was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Delmar Ortle breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After having played for 73 minutes, Luisito Ricart managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bath City's supporters crossed their fingers, but Luisito Ricart was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Delmar Ortle made a fantastic save in the 77th minute, when Evelio Perico sent off a good shot on target. Luisito Ricart fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Delmar Ortle having to interfere. Extasis Fobal Clú's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
