Pum Pum Pum's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jonas Olentzaro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Isaias Gizon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mauricio Mannie in the 13th minute of play. Israel Blasco's late challenge caught a Pum Pum Pum's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Israel Blasco helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Hobbiton's Israel Blasco got a free kick in the 14th minute. Mito Ceni showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nicanor Quirce, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. 18 minutes into the match, Hobbiton's goal looked a bit too open when Nicanor Quirce came free, but Mito Ceni reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jonas Olentzaro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Isaias Gizon tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Isaias Gizon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mauricio Mannie, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Mauricio Mannie blasted a shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Isaias Gizon having to make a save. With a little luck, Hobbiton's Mito Ceni got control of the ball when Lucas Ciano tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jonas Olentzaro scored 0-2 in the 34th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Isaias Gizon, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Hobbiton's Jacobo Abaunza got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Erasmo Lope's late challenge caught a Hobbiton's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Erasmo Lope helped the player get up and apologised. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Nicanor Quirce was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wilfredo Cordarrol in the 59th minute of play forced Hobbiton's goalkeeper Mito Ceni to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mito Ceni showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nicanor Quirce in the 61st minute of the match. 62 minutes into the match, Hobbiton's goal looked a bit too open when Lucas Ciano came free, but Mito Ceni reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Isaias Gizon was a little too slow when Mauricio Mannie got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 64th minute. The score was now 0-3. Niceto Distiratsu hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. In the 69th minute, Pum Pum Pum's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Mauricio Mannie fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. 72 minutes into the game, Silvano Mercurio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Pum Pum Pum's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Hobbiton the free kick. In the 72nd match minute, Pum Pum Pum was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Silvano Mercurio to maneuver through the defense. Isaias Gizon showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jonas Olentzaro in the 74th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lucas Ciano in the 77th minute of play forced Hobbiton's goalkeeper Mito Ceni to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hobbiton's Mito Ceni played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lucas Ciano in the 78th minute of play. Mauricio Mannie hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. In the 85th match minute, Pum Pum Pum was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Silvano Mercurio to maneuver through the defense. In the 96th minute Lucas Ciano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mito Ceni saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mito Ceni made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nicanor Quirce in the 97th minute of play. Mauricio Mannie might have been able to make a better finish in the 98th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Isaias Gizon. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Mauricio Mannie ran back to his position shaking his head. Hobbiton played a much better game than Pum Pum Pum and deserved their victory. The Pum Pum Pum players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
