Spectators: 7198 (Terracing: 5400, Seating: 1655, VIP seats: 143) Jacinto Cilio started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Maximiliano Behe's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jacinto Cordarin read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 4th minute of play. Club Atletico's Maximiliano Behe got a good chance for a goal in the 6th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Alvaro Ongile made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rene Fiz in the 10th minute. Alvaro Ongile showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Victoriano Txurio in the 15th minute of the match. In the 20th minute, Ermegildo Terciero ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alvaro Ongile was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ermegildo Terciero got free with Alvaro Ongile in the 22nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, Club Atletico's Alvaro Ongile got control of the ball when Ermegildo Terciero tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 29th minute, Pastor Rius hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Club Atletico's Pastor Rius got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Club Atletico getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Maximiliano Behe hit a great ball. A sloppy throw-in by Victoriano Txurio in the 44th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Club Atletico's German Macias.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Santos Hustaz made a kick off. Club Atletico's Alvaro Ongile played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ermegildo Terciero in the 60th minute of play. Maximino Senon got in the 67th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Jacinto Cordarin handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. Maximiliano Behe kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. Alvaro Ongile took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ermegildo Terciero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ambrosio Veronica hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. After 73 minutes, German Macias mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Club Atletico and the Mascota players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 74th minute, German Macias hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alvaro Ongile came out of the goal in the 79th minute to try and stop a shot by Mascota's Rene Fiz. But to his dismay, Rene Fiz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 82nd minute, Maximiliano Behe managed to get in a good position for a shot. Club Atletico's supporters rose to their feet, but Maximiliano Behe was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jacinto Cordarin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Maximiliano Behe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Jimeno Macias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Club Atletico's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Mascota had won, even though Club Atletico had held more of the ball.
