In the 4th minute Faustino Quiroga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ceferino Urdin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Faustino Quiroga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Ceferino Urdin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 15 minutes into the match, Buenos Muchachos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Severiano Maurin came free, but Vladimiro Kimetz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jonathan Perutxo hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. Buenos Muchachos FC's Mauro Sasoin couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 18th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Racing Club. In the 19th minute, Fabricio Vigil hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match clock showed 27 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Martin Che sped through Buenos Muchachos FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Vladimiro Kimetz. If Simon Lesardo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Faustino Quiroga made a kick off. Simon Lesardo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ceferino Urdin having to make a save. The supporters of Buenos Muchachos FC booed when Racing Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jonathan Perutxo didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Martin Che had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Faustino Quiroga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ceferino Urdin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Simon Lesardo in the 71st minute of the match. Marciano Machado hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. In the 75th match minute, Buenos Muchachos FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jonas Fidencio to maneuver through the defense. Francisco Aureo, 76 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. In the 79th minute of the match Manuel Marko shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Vladimiro Kimetz showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. If Faustino Quiroga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Faustino Quiroga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Buenos Muchachos FC were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
