Spectators: 6660 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1660, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Osvaldo Handi kicked off to start the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 3rd minute, Honorio Gaitan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cangrejillos's supporters rose to their feet, but Honorio Gaitan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Celedonio Laurendi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. With a little luck, Cochangasta AFC's Celedonio Laurendi got control of the ball when Honorio Gaitan tried to sneak it across the goal line. 13 minutes into the match, Fulgencio Indar notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Cangrejillos's Raul Frechoso. Raul Frechoso was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Raul Frechoso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Osvaldo Handi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Celedonio Laurendi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carlos Moise, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. After having played for 22 minutes, Honorio Gaitan managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cangrejillos's supporters crossed their fingers, but Honorio Gaitan was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 23 played minutes Cochangasta AFC got a freekick which was hit by Nicanor Kepa. In the 26th match minute, Cochangasta AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nicanor Kepa to maneuver through the defense. 27 minutes into the match, Cangrejillos's Abel Fernandez broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. 31 minutes into the match, Cochangasta AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Carlos Moise came free, but Celedonio Laurendi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Cochangasta AFC booed when Cangrejillos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cleto Ihintza didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 37 played minutes Cochangasta AFC got a freekick which was hit by Fulgencio Indar. If Osvaldo Handi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Osvaldo Handi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Raul Frechoso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Eustaquio Cai kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Carlos Moise fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Celedonio Laurendi having to interfere. Edgardo Cordairo's late challenge caught a Cochangasta AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Edgardo Cordairo helped the player get up and apologised. In the 62nd match minute, Cangrejillos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edgardo Cordairo to maneuver through the defense. Raul Frechoso stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Osvaldo Handi's shot from short distance in the 64th minute. In the 66th minute, Osvaldo Handi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Honorio Gaitan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 75thth minute of the game Carlos Moise who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cochangasta AFC's Celedonio Laurendi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Honorio Gaitan in the 84th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Celedonio Laurendi saved Cochangasta AFC from getting behind. Fulgencio Indar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Raul Frechoso having to interfere. Raul Frechoso didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Fulgencio Indar went, in the 88th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Raul Frechoso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Osvaldo Handi, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Cochangasta AFC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
