Elvio Ishmael showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Florencio Karlo, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Damaso Brun in the 9th minute of play forced Pocitos's goalkeeper Enzo Hermelando to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 14 minutes into the match, Pocitos's goal looked a bit too open when Damaso Brun came free, but Enzo Hermelando reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 18th minute, Florencio Karlo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Aureliano Bordat fell near the penalty area in the 19th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Pocitos's protests and gave Aureliano Bordat a yellow card for diving instead. Aureliano Bordat kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Damaso Brun in the 20th minute of play forced Pocitos's goalkeeper Enzo Hermelando to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Bernardino Eladio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Victoriano Romero hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. After recieving a nice pass, Pocitos's Fabio Lekubegi tried to score from far away in the 30th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 37th minute, Florencio Karlo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Florencio Karlo in the 39th minute of play forced Talati's goalkeeper Elvio Ishmael to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Talati's Bernardino Eladio got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 44th minute of the match Fabio Lekubegi shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Elvio Ishmael showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. If Gerardo Sayveon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Enzo Hermelando showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bernardino Eladio in the 54th minute of the match. In the 58th minute, Gerardo Sayveon made a precise shot to the right of Elvio Ishmael. Talati's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Gerardo Sayveon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Damaso Brun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Enzo Hermelando came out of the goal in the 69th minute to try and stop a shot by Talati's Damaso Brun. But to his dismay, Damaso Brun quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Damaso Brun received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Enzo Hermelando tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Talati getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Victoriano Romero hit a great ball. When Gerardo Sayveon came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the Pocitos fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gerardo Sayveon couldn't finish the play. After having played for 85 minutes, Bernardino Eladio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Talati's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bernardino Eladio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Alonzo Eztebe hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. Damaso Brun fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Enzo Hermelando having to interfere. 90 minutes into the match, Pocitos's goal looked a bit too open when Damaso Brun came free, but Enzo Hermelando reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 93 minutes into the match, Talati's goalkeeper Elvio Ishmael had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gerardo Sayveon.
