Spectators: 7298 (Terracing: 5475, Seating: 1678, VIP seats: 145) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Enrique Irrintzi started the match with the kick off. If Bonifacio Gartzea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 10th minute, Gabriel Poncio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 11th minute of the match Fidel Haritz sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dalmacio Olivar skillfully saved the ball. When Bonifacio Gartzea fell near the penalty area in the 16th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ñacuñán FC's protests and gave Bonifacio Gartzea a yellow card for diving instead. In the 16th minute, Bonifacio Gartzea hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Candido Madeo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 21st minute, Candido Madeo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 26th minute, El Gallinero's Delmar Ioritz ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Santo Toribio. Santo Toribio yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. Santo Toribio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Enrique Irrintzi, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. After 32 minutes of play El Gallinero's Gabriel Poncio was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 32nd minute, Gabriel Poncio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 33 minutes into the match, El Gallinero's goal looked a bit too open when Pedro Rayman came free, but Dalmacio Olivar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Santo Toribio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Enrique Irrintzi in the 35th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Ñacuñán FC's zone, Celso Galoer stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Santo Toribio came out of the goal and Celso Galoer tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 41 minutes into the match, Ñacuñán FC's goal looked a bit too open when Enrique Irrintzi came free, but Santo Toribio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dalmacio Olivar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pedro Rayman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Godfredo Marko in the 45th minute of play forced El Gallinero's goalkeeper Dalmacio Olivar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Pedro Rayman made a kick off. Enrique Irrintzi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Santo Toribio having to interfere. If Celso Galoer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Bonifacio Gartzea could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 57th minute of the match, but Dalmacio Olivar made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eloy Vitin in the 58th minute of play forced Ñacuñán FC's goalkeeper Santo Toribio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 60th minute, Enrique Irrintzi made a precise shot to the right of Santo Toribio. Ñacuñán FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Delmar Ioritz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 67th minute Emanuel Eguntsenti shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Santo Toribio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 69th minute, Enrique Irrintzi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The El Gallinero fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Santo Toribio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Enrique Irrintzi, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. In the 80th minute, Delmar Ioritz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The El Gallinero fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. 84 minutes into the match, Ñacuñán FC's goal looked a bit too open when Enrique Irrintzi came free, but Santo Toribio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Santo Toribio came out of the goal in the 85th minute to try and stop a shot by El Gallinero's Delmar Ioritz. But to his dismay, Delmar Ioritz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. Eloy Vitin charged in rather forcefully in the 90th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Eloy Vitin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Eloy Vitin hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. Jose Euloxu missed a clear chance of a goal when in the 92 minute of the game fired away a shot, but unfortunally the ball went out to the Dalmacio Olivar right hand side. Enrique Irrintzi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Santo Toribio having to interfere. When the referee ended the match the El Gallinero players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
