The supporters of Rosario Central booed when Ñacuñán FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Godfredo Marko didn't get a good kick on the ball. Santo Toribio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Modesto Gartxot in the 15th minute of play. Modesto Gartxot's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Santo Toribio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 18th minute of play. 19 minutes into the match, Ñacuñán FC's goal looked a bit too open when Modesto Gartxot came free, but Santo Toribio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 24th minute Pedro Rayman shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Albino Tiadoro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edgardo Valente in the 30th minute of play forced Ñacuñán FC's goalkeeper Santo Toribio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 31 minutes into the game, Jose Euloxu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ñacuñán FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Rosario Central the free kick. Santo Toribio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Modesto Gartxot in the 36th minute of play. When Pedro Rayman came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the Ñacuñán FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pedro Rayman couldn't finish the play. Godfredo Marko hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. 46 minutes in the game, Modesto Gartxot dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Pedro Rayman stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the match, Rosario Central's Edgardo Valente sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Santo Toribio narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 56 minutes into the match, Pedro Rayman notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Rosario Central's Albino Tiadoro. Albino Tiadoro was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pedro Rayman couldn't finish the play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Edgardo Valente got free with Santo Toribio in the 71st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After some fancy dribbling in the 81st minute, Edgardo Valente managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rosario Central's supporters rose to their feet, but Edgardo Valente was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Santo Toribio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 82nd match minute, Ñacuñán FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leon Bidun to maneuver through the defense. Godfredo Marko's late challenge caught a Rosario Central's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Godfredo Marko helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Rosario Central booed when Ñacuñán FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Godfredo Marko didn't get a good kick on the ball. 92 minutes into the game, Modesto Gartxot recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Santo Toribio. Modesto Gartxot showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. In the 96th minute, Modesto Gartxot reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Santo Toribio. The goal made the score 1-3. When the final whistle sounded Rosario Central left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Ñacuñán FC.
