With an extended leg and a bit of luck Albino Tiadoro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Pedro Rayman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Albino Tiadoro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pedro Rayman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match had gone on for 27 minutes, Edgardo Valente put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Santo Toribio. Rosario Central's Albino Tiadoro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bonifacio Gartzea in the 33rd minute of play. In the 33rd minute, Bonifacio Gartzea made a precise shot to the right of Albino Tiadoro. Rosario Central's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Modesto Gartxot received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Santo Toribio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Modesto Gartxot stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Ñacuñán FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Rosario Central the free kick. In the 88th minute, Rosario Central's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Bonifacio Gartzea fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Ñacuñán FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
