Marcos Fernado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emanuel Bixintxo in the 21st minute of play. Celso Romildo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Bernardino Gutierrez fell near the penalty area in the 25th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gaboto FC's protests and gave Bernardino Gutierrez a yellow card for diving instead. 24 minutes into the game, one of Gaboto FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Celso Romildo hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Celso Romildo kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. Ignacio Loramendi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Alejandro Dolfo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Froilan Pacorro took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 49th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Marcos Fernado. Gaboto FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The Gaboto FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Cefalier F.C. were winning 0-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Emanuel Bixintxo to strike the kick off in the second half. Honorio Sazon kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. After 55 played minutes Gaboto FC got a freekick which was hit by Ignacio Loramendi. Gaboto FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 74th minute, when Emanuel Bixintxo scored to the left of an out of position Marcos Fernado, making the score, 0-3. Gaboto FC's Marcos Fernado proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 79th minute of the match, managed to save Gaboto FC from getting a goal against them. Marcos Fernado stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Emanuel Bixintxo's shot from short distance in the 84th minute. Marcos Fernado was a little too slow when Emanuel Bixintxo got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 90th minute. The score was now 0-4. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Benito Sotero managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cefalier F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Benito Sotero was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marcos Fernado breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Although Gaboto FC had been in control for most of the match, Cefalier F.C. still came away with the win.
