Maximino Rico showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pedro Abilio, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. 19 minutes into the game, Victorino Confesor was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cuervos de Ituzaingo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Esther AFC the free kick. In the 19th match minute, Cuervos de Ituzaingo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Victorino Confesor to maneuver through the defense. Nicolas Cidro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eriberto Rubio having to interfere. Esther AFC's Nicolas Cidro got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Victorino Confesor received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Maximino Rico tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 27thth minute of the game Pedro Abilio who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Esther AFC's Maximino Rico was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Nicolas Cidro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Adan Vargas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 45 played minutes Cuervos de Ituzaingo got a freekick which was hit by Jonatan Pirro.

Adan Vargas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Eriberto Rubio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Eriberto Rubio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nicolas Cidro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pedro Abilio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Pedro Abilio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but Maximino Rico made a huge save. Maximino Rico showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Victorino Confesor in the 63rd minute of the match. When Pedro Abilio came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the Cuervos de Ituzaingo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pedro Abilio couldn't finish the play. Esther AFC's Maximino Rico played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Victorino Confesor in the 66th minute of play. Pedro Abilio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maximino Rico having to interfere. 70 minutes into the match, Esther AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Victorino Confesor came free, but Maximino Rico reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eriberto Rubio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nicolas Cidro in the 73rd minute of play. 76 minutes into the game, Bruno Eleazar was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. The Esther AFC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Cuervos de Ituzaingo had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
