After 5 played minutes Totoral AFC got a freekick which was hit by Victor Bittor. Marcelino Cefero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Jacobo Marques tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ramiro Cutberto in the 12th minute of play forced Maximus AFC's goalkeeper Herminio Vito to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marcelino Cefero struck a weak shot in the 15th minute. Jacobo Marques didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Maximus AFC. Ramiro Cutberto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Felix Intxixu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Totoral AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Felix Intxixu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Herminio Vito breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Ramiro Cutberto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 24th minute, Siro Lizar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Felix Intxixu in the 33rd minute of play forced Maximus AFC's goalkeeper Herminio Vito to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Maximus AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Totoral AFC the free kick. Severo Gotzon's late challenge caught a Totoral AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Severo Gotzon helped the player get up and apologised. After a defensive mix-up in Maximus AFC's zone, Ramiro Cutberto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Herminio Vito came out of the goal and Ramiro Cutberto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 42nd minute, Totoral AFC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Pascual Felipillo fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. After 45 played minutes, Totoral AFC's Cirilo Licerio shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Herminio Vito came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Totoral AFC reached it.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ramiro Cutberto to strike the kick off in the second half. After 68 minutes of play, Maximus AFC's Marcelino Cefero made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jacobo Marques was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 79th match minute, Totoral AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cirilo Licerio to maneuver through the defense. When Rogelio Ekaitz came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Totoral AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rogelio Ekaitz couldn't finish the play. Marcelino Cefero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Herminio Vito showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ramiro Cutberto in the 92nd minute of the match.
