Pablo Lucila received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Eriberto Rubio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 26 minutes, Teodoro Jakobe managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Quinquela Martín's supporters crossed their fingers, but Teodoro Jakobe was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Quinquela Martín's Pablo Lucila got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Teodoro Jakobe's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Eriberto Rubio was relentless in the 42nd minute of the game. Bonifacio Chuse kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. In the 49th minute of the match Cuervos de Ituzaingo got a corner. Quinquela Martín's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Aurelio Serafo ran over to the corner to take the kick.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Victorino Confesor made a kick off. Quinquela Martín's Daniel Eufemio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pedro Abilio in the 53rd minute of play. 54 minutes into the game, Pedro Abilio cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Daniel Eufemio was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Pedro Abilio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Daniel Eufemio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pedro Abilio, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Alvaro Nerio kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. Quinquela Martín's Maximo Ralondo couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Cuervos de Ituzaingo. Daniel Eufemio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pedro Abilio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Daniel Eufemio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Victorino Confesor, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 80th minute of the game. One of Quinquela Martín:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Cuervos de Ituzaingo:s goal. The referee gave Cuervos de Ituzaingo a penalty, 82 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Aurelio Serafo, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Quinquela Martín's Daniel Eufemio. 2-2. After a rather tough play, Quinquela Martín's Astor Orlondon got a free kick in the 86th minute. Victorino Confesor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 91st minute, Victorino Confesor left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Cuervos de Ituzaingo fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-2. A collision led to Quinquela Martín getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Pablo Lucila hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Teodoro Jakobe in the 96th minute of play forced Cuervos de Ituzaingo's goalkeeper Eriberto Rubio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Wilfredo Joanes kicked well hit freekick during the 102nd minute of the match. Quinquela Martín's Maximo Ralondo couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 103rd minute.
