Daniel Eufemio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Guaberto Isidor, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Clodoveo James's late challenge caught a Licha Lopez F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Clodoveo James helped the player get up and apologised. Ulises Isauro kicked a quick shot right in front of the goal in the 16thth minute. Though ot was a great shot Quinquela Martín's keeper Daniel Eufemio was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. Licha Lopez F.C.'s Nestor Amaya played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pablo Lucila in the 17th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Licha Lopez F.C.'s Antonio Tauro got a free kick in the 19th minute. Nestor Amaya took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Teodoro Jakobe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Pablo Lucila had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Quinquela Martín's Teodoro Jakobe got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ulises Isauro got free with Daniel Eufemio in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Quinquela Martín's Daniel Eufemio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 36th minute of the match, managed to save Quinquela Martín from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Guaberto Isidor in the 37th minute of play forced Quinquela Martín's goalkeeper Daniel Eufemio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Daniel Eufemio had great luck who in the 43rdth minute grab hold of the ball when Guaberto Isidor from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. Licha Lopez F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Guaberto Isidor was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Daniel Eufemio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After having played for 69 minutes, Ulises Isauro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Licha Lopez F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Ulises Isauro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Ciro Bertol fell near the penalty area in the 75th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Licha Lopez F.C.'s protests and gave Ciro Bertol a yellow card for diving instead. In the 75th match minute, Licha Lopez F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ciro Bertol to maneuver through the defense. In the 100th minute Ulises Isauro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daniel Eufemio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. For all the effort they put into the match, the Quinquela Martín players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Licha Lopez F.C..
