With a little luck, Esther AFC's Maximino Rico got control of the ball when Ulises Frutos tried to sneak it across the goal line. Kohe Kohe FC's Santos Furtado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nicolas Cidro in the 15th minute of play. If Adan Vargas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Santos Furtado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adan Vargas, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. In the 20th match minute, Esther AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nicolas Cidro to maneuver through the defense. Santos Furtado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nicolas Cidro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 31 minutes into the game, Evaristo Rexino was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Esther AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Kohe Kohe FC the free kick. After 31 played minutes Esther AFC got a freekick which was hit by Evaristo Rexino. Evaristo Rexino was shown his second yellow card after 35 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. The supporters of Kohe Kohe FC booed when Esther AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Evaristo Rexino didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nicolas Cidro hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. Agustin Elodio, 41 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. When Abelardo Dalmu came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the Kohe Kohe FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Abelardo Dalmu couldn't finish the play. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Abelardo Dalmu made a kick off. Maximino Rico dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. If Abelardo Dalmu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Maximino Rico made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abelardo Dalmu in the 65th minute of play. If Abelardo Dalmu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. Kohe Kohe FC's Narciso Guerau pulled a muscle in his back after 89 minutes and couldn't finish the game. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nicolas Cidro during the 89th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Nicolas Cidro hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. Ulises Frutos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maximino Rico having to interfere. Angelo Hitz hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. Kohe Kohe FC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
