Spectators: 7245 (Terracing: 5435, Seating: 1666, VIP seats: 144) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Salvador Gilesindo started the match with the kick off. Denis Clodio came free with the goalkeeper in the 8th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Cornelio Guilabertus could save by the left post. Cornelio Guilabertus came out of the goal in the 10th minute to try and stop a shot by MELOS FC's Justino Lorenz. But to his dismay, Justino Lorenz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. 16 minutes into the match, Panacón AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Matias Saturnin came free, but Cornelio Guilabertus reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cornelio Guilabertus made an important save on a dangerous shot by Denis Clodio in the 17th minute. Cornelio Guilabertus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Justino Lorenz in the 20th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 21 minutes, Matias Saturnin took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Cornelio Guilabertus to make any attempt to save it. After having played for 31 minutes, Matias Saturnin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. MELOS FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Matias Saturnin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 34th minute Salvador Gilesindo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Casimiro Corderall saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Damaso Jakobe in the 35th minute of play forced MELOS FC's goalkeeper Casimiro Corderall to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 43rd minute Melchor Bernad shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Casimiro Corderall saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marciano Illart received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Casimiro Corderall tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Damaso Jakobe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. After 65 played minutes Damaso Jakobe rounded MELOS FC's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 2-1. Cornelio Guilabertus took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Matias Saturnin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cornelio Guilabertus showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Denis Clodio, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. If Matias Saturnin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 73rd minute, Damaso Jakobe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Denis Clodio in the 75th minute of play forced Panacón AFC's goalkeeper Cornelio Guilabertus to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 76 played minutes Panacón AFC got a freekick which was hit by Marciano Illart. Cornelio Guilabertus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Matias Saturnin in the 78th minute of play. If Damaso Jakobe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A sloppy throw-in by Cayetano Marko in the 82nd minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Panacón AFC's Damaso Jakobe. Damaso Jakobe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the referee blew the final whistle, MELOS FC could leave the field as winners, despite Panacón AFC having more of the ball for most of the match.
