Severino Maureo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Domingo Sandaili, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. When Clemente Nardo came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the Música y Justicia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Clemente Nardo couldn't finish the play. Música y Justicia's Jacinto Neto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Blas Frederik in the 44th minute of play. After the first half Música y Justicia were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Domingo Sandaili to make the kick off. Severino Maureo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Domingo Sandaili in the 75th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Severino Maureo saved La pelota no se mancha from getting behind. Domingo Sandaili who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 77thth minute tested the skills of Severino Maureo when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After having played for 78 minutes, Enzo Abaunza managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Música y Justicia's supporters crossed their fingers, but Enzo Abaunza was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 79 minutes into the match, La pelota no se mancha's goal looked a bit too open when Domingo Sandaili came free, but Severino Maureo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Severino Maureo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Domingo Sandaili sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Constantino Ulizes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Severino Maureo having to interfere. When the final whistle sounded Música y Justicia left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than La pelota no se mancha.
