Santos Playo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Melquiades Che in the 18th minute of play forced UP Data FC's goalkeeper Felix Quinteros to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Silvio Lamberto in the 28th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Delmiro Sesuldo saved Tacoyoj FC from getting behind. In the 33rd minute the ball was on its way in behind UP Data FC's goalkeeper Felix Quinteros, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Silvio Lamberto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Delmiro Sesuldo having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Tacoyoj FC's Moises Raymon got a free kick in the 44th minute. Aquiles Koldo, 45 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. When Melquiades Che came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the Tacoyoj FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Melquiades Che couldn't finish the play. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Silvio Lamberto made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute, Santos Playo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Nemesio Eliu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Felix Quinteros tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Silvano Diegotxe during the 59th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 59th minute, Silvano Diegotxe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to UP Data FC getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Braulio Rosario hit a great ball. UP Data FC's Felix Quinteros played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Melquiades Che in the 63rd minute of play. Santos Playo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Delmiro Sesuldo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Silvio Lamberto was extremely unlucky when he, in the 69th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Tacoyoj FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 73rd minute, when Silvio Lamberto scored to the left of an out of position Delmiro Sesuldo, making the score, 0-1. When Rolando Elixio fell near the penalty area in the 79th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tacoyoj FC's protests and gave Rolando Elixio a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Tacoyoj FC getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Rolando Elixio hit a great ball. Tacoyoj FC's Delmiro Sesuldo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to save Tacoyoj FC from getting a goal against them. Felix Quinteros took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Melquiades Che, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Melquiades Che scored 1-1 in the 96th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Felix Quinteros, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The UP Data FC players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Tacoyoj FC from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
