Academia's Cayetano Paz. Cayetano Paz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Santos Playo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Silvio Lamberto to strike the kick off in the second half. Tomás Hurko hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. Santos Playo might have been able to make a better finish in the 54th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cayetano Paz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Santos Playo ran back to his position shaking his head. Cayetano Paz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Santos Playo in the 56th minute. In the 56th minute, Santos Playo reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Cayetano Paz. The goal made the score 0-2. Silvio Lamberto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cayetano Paz having to interfere. Felix Quinteros made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pastor Guifre in the 64th minute of play. Silvio Lamberto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Cayetano Paz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Saverio Tino kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. Felix Quinteros made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberto Madaleno in the 77th minute of play. Pastor Guifre fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Felix Quinteros having to interfere. After 79 played minutes UP Data FC got a freekick which was hit by Braulio Rosario. Alberto Madaleno sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Silvio Lamberto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cayetano Paz having to interfere. 90 minutes into the game, Silvio Lamberto cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Cayetano Paz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 93 minutes into the match, C. A. Academia's goalkeeper Cayetano Paz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Santos Playo. Silvio Lamberto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. UP Data FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
