Spectators: 6797 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1654, VIP seats: 143) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Blas Frederik made the kick off which started today's match. In the 5th minute Faustino Garin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Severino Maureo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Godfredo Vimaro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in La pelota no se mancha's zone, Godfredo Vimaro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Severino Maureo came out of the goal and Godfredo Vimaro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Godfredo Vimaro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Severino Maureo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Severino Maureo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Faustino Garin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Osvaldo Iago kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. Ubaldo Lluques, 26 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. In the 32ndth minute of the game Faustino Garin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but La pelota no se mancha's Severino Maureo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 34th minute Blas Frederik shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Filiberto Christobal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Edgard Felipillo came up free with the goalie in the 36th minute, the Sarandí fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Edgard Felipillo couldn't finish the play. 39 minutes into the match, Sarandí's goal looked a bit too open when Blas Frederik came free, but Filiberto Christobal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Faustino Garin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Samuel Naelio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 50th minute of the match, but Severino Maureo made a huge save. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Faustino Garin stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Sarandí's Fabricio Berdoi got a free kick in the 63rd minute. Luisito Azibar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Filiberto Christobal having to interfere. After having played for 73 minutes, Blas Frederik managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. La pelota no se mancha's supporters crossed their fingers, but Blas Frederik was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Faustino Garin took the ball and in the 74 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Severino Maureo. Severino Maureo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. When Sarandí's Godfredo Vimaro in the 78th minute got a chance for a shot 78th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Godfredo Vimaro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Severino Maureo having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Faustino Garin in the 86th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Severino Maureo saved La pelota no se mancha from getting behind. La pelota no se mancha's Severino Maureo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Godfredo Vimaro in the 89th minute of play. Luisito Azibar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Blas Frederik received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Filiberto Christobal came out and tried to block the shot, but Blas Frederik slotted it home off the left post making it 2-1 in the 97th minute. There was no doubt that Sarandí were the better team. Sarandí's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
