SAN MARTIN's Florentino Eron played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by David Ipar in the 54th minute of play. Danilo Chan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Arnaldo Bonifaco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Anastasio Galo couldn't finish the play. Danilo Chan kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. If Gerardo Beturian had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. PEGASO from getting a goal against them. After having played for 80 minutes, Anastasio Galo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. A.C. SAN MARTIN's supporters crossed their fingers, but Anastasio Galo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Florentino Eron showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gerardo Beturian, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. For all the effort they put into the match, the A.C. SAN MARTIN players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for C.A. PEGASO.
