An unexpectedly hard shot by Benigno Oalo in the 11th minute of play forced Arsenal FC's goalkeeper Fidel Gutxi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 15 minutes, Guillermo Cordarryl mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Arsenal FC and the Lupulo F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Arsenal FC booed when Lupulo F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Benigno Oalo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mariano Ignatius took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gervasio Nesto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Arsenal FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fidel Gutxi should have stopped the shot. When Sebastian Bermudez came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Lupulo F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sebastian Bermudez couldn't finish the play. Cristian Jokin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fidel Gutxi having to interfere. A collision led to Lupulo F.C. getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Delmiro Ibar hit a great ball. In the 94th minute Gervasio Nesto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mariano Ignatius saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the final whistle sounded Lupulo F.C. left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Arsenal FC.
