If Fabio Loiola had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eugenio Ioritz's late challenge caught a Guaymallén's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eugenio Ioritz helped the player get up and apologised. Beazley's Celedonio Edur played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fabio Loiola in the 16th minute of play. Fabio Loiola hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Guaymallén's Carmelo Edur got control of the ball when Uriel Indartsu tried to sneak it across the goal line. Uriel Indartsu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but Carmelo Edur made a huge save. A collision led to Guaymallén getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Gustavo Laurentzi hit a great ball. Juan Vivero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Carmelo Edur tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Uriel Indartsu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 34th minute of the match, but Carmelo Edur made a huge save. Uriel Indartsus short, quick shot in the 34thth minute got Carmelo Edur to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Carmelo Edur showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Juan Vivero, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. Juan Vivero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carmelo Edur having to interfere. Uriel Indartsu struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Carmelo Edur didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Beazley. Carmelo Edur was a little too slow when Juan Vivero got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 44th minute. The score was now 1-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Serafino Banegas made the kick off in the second half. Guaymallén's Carmelo Edur played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Juan Vivero in the 51st minute of play. 53 minutes into the game, Guaymallén's Alejandro Eyague nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Celedonio Edur made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Fabio Loiola kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. In the 62nd match minute, Guaymallén was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabio Loiola to maneuver through the defense. 68 minutes into the match, Guaymallén's goal looked a bit too open when Juan Vivero came free, but Carmelo Edur reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
