After a rather tough play, Skorpions FC's Abel Justin got a free kick in the 27th minute. Guaymallén were awarded a corner in the 30th minute after Skorpions FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Gonzalo Urtsin took the corner. If Serafino Banegas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match had gone on for 40 minutes, Serafino Banegas took a quick shot and it went in 3-1 without a chance for Jorge Mero to make any attempt to save it. After a defensive mix-up in Skorpions FC's zone, Elpidio Miro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jorge Mero came out of the goal and Elpidio Miro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 45th minute, Camilo Neto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 46 minutes in the game, Serafino Banegas fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Jorge Mero having to interfere. A collision led to Skorpions FC getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Hector Ramone hit a great ball. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Luis Ledesma was the one to do the kick off. In the 53rd minute, Timoteo Raebert made a precise shot to the right of Carmelo Edur. Guaymallén's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-2. Elpidio Miro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Jorge Mero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Elpidio Miro struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Jorge Mero didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Guaymallén. After having played for 87 minutes, Timoteo Raebert managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Skorpions FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Timoteo Raebert was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Carmelo Edur didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Skorpions FC's Luis Ledesma shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 4-3 in the ordered_time% minute.
