Leonardo Txurio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maximiliano Sanchez in the 18th minute of the match. A collision led to Peñarol de La Mosca AC getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Froilan Mouricio hit a great ball. Leonardo Txurio made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. After a rather tough play, Peñarol de La Mosca AC's Froilan Mouricio got a free kick in the 39th minute. When Ausonia AFC's Maximiliano Sanchez in the 40th minute got a chance for a shot 40th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. 1-4 became the score in the 53rd minute when Rodrigo Silbestre elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. After having played for 55 minutes, Rodrigo Silbestre managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Peñarol de La Mosca AC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rodrigo Silbestre was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Ausonia AFC getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Florentino Brion hit a great ball. The referee ignored Peñarol de La Mosca AC's protests and gave Urbano Abechuco a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Ausonia AFC booed when Peñarol de La Mosca AC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Urbano Abechuco didn't get a good kick on the ball. Leonardo Txurio acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 76th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Valentin Guillelmus. Rodrigo Silbestre charged in rather forcefully in the 86th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rodrigo Silbestre the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Rodrigo Silbestre kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. Marcelo Valentes short, quick shot in the 87thth minute got Leonardo Txurio to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After 96 minutes, Adrian Gelmiro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ausonia AFC and the Peñarol de La Mosca AC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 96th minute, Adrian Gelmiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Ausonia AFC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Ausonia AFC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
