Spectators: 7285 (Terracing: 5466, Seating: 1675, VIP seats: 144) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Amancio Quirce kicked off to start the match. 5 minutes into the match, Nacimiento's goal looked a bit too open when Amancio Quirce came free, but Hipolito Mikelats reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 5 minutes, Baldomero Lesardo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Nacimiento and the Menconi FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 5th minute, Baldomero Lesardo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marcelino Mincho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Natalio Senio in the 7th minute of play. Mauricio Gai's late challenge caught a Nacimiento's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Mauricio Gai helped the player get up and apologised. Mauricio Gai hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. 12 minutes into the match, Menconi FC's goal looked a bit too open when Natalio Senio came free, but Marcelino Mincho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Menconi FC's Amancio Quirce got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Hipolito Mikelats made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Felipe Cefero in the 15th minute of play. 17 minutes into the match, Nacimiento's goal looked a bit too open when Amancio Quirce came free, but Hipolito Mikelats reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Natalio Senio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 25th minute Menconi FC were awarded a corner. Cristo Guzman went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Cristo Guzman got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Hipolito Mikelats quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Hipolito Mikelats showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amancio Quirce in the 27th minute of the match. Amancio Quirce scored 0-2 in the 28th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Hipolito Mikelats, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Lisandro Semeno kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. In the 34th minute, Amancio Quirce made a precise shot to the right of Hipolito Mikelats. Nacimiento's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. In the 37th minute Amancio Quirce shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hipolito Mikelats saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 54 minutes, Lisandro Semeno mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Nacimiento and the Menconi FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Nacimiento's Lisandro Semeno got a free kick in the 54th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amancio Quirce in the 55th minute of play forced Nacimiento's goalkeeper Hipolito Mikelats to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Amancio Quirce in the 57th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hipolito Mikelats prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Menconi FC's Felipe Cefero in the 58th minute got a chance for a shot 58th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Nacimiento's goalie prevented a goal. Bruno Urdaspal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Menconi FC's Mauricio Gai got his second yellow card of the match in the 70th minute. The referee ordered Mauricio Gai off the ground. In the 70th minute, one of Menconi FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Menconi FC. Menconi FC:s Marcelino Mincho showed great skill when he stopped Delmiro Ponciano:s penalty. An unexpected shot in the 75th minute by Leonardo Sugoi got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Menconi FC's Felipe Cefero got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jeronimo Escobar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hipolito Mikelats having to interfere. Felipe Cefero struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Hipolito Mikelats didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Menconi FC. Arnulfo Mateus kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. Hipolito Mikelats made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jeronimo Escobar in the 83rd minute. Felipe Cefero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Hipolito Mikelats tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Nacimiento's zone, Bruno Urdaspal stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hipolito Mikelats came out of the goal and Bruno Urdaspal tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Felipe Cefero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 94 minutes into the match, Menconi FC's Bruno Urdaspal sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Hipolito Mikelats narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Jeronimo Escobar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Menconi FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
