Ovidio Raitin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bruno Urdaspal in the 4th minute of the match. Luciano Quintan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcelino Mincho having to interfere. If Amancio Quirce had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 13 minutes into the match, Amancio Quirce had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ovidio Raitin. Marapá AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Amancio Quirce was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Marapá AFC's Melquiades Gomez got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ovidio Raitin didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Menconi FC's Amancio Quirce shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-2 in the ordered_time% minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Felipe Cefero managed to get in a good position for a shot. Menconi FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Felipe Cefero was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ovidio Raitin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Amancio Quirce had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 38th minute, Amancio Quirce got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ovidio Raitin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Amancio Quirce, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. If Bruno Urdaspal had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 47th minute, Bernabe Montel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

Amancio Quirce was extremely unlucky when he, in the 53rd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Ovidio Raitin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bruno Urdaspal, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. When Amancio Quirce came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the Menconi FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Amancio Quirce couldn't finish the play. Ovidio Raitin stood somewhat misplaced when Amancio Quirce came free in front of goal and shot 0-5 to the left of him in the 59 minute. 62 minutes into the match, Menconi FC's Amancio Quirce sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ovidio Raitin narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Bruno Urdaspal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Menconi FC's Amancio Quirce in the 66th minute got a chance for a shot 66th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amancio Quirce in the 74th minute of play forced Marapá AFC's goalkeeper Ovidio Raitin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Menconi FC's Felipe Cefero in the 77th minute got a chance for a shot 77th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Marapá AFC's goalie prevented a goal. Ovidio Raitin stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Amancio Quirce's shot from short distance in the 78th minute. Marapá AFC's Ovidio Raitin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amancio Quirce in the 80th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jeronimo Escobar in the 81st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ovidio Raitin saved Marapá AFC from getting behind. Ovidio Raitin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amancio Quirce in the 83rd minute of play. If Melquiades Gomez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 89th minute Amancio Quirce shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ovidio Raitin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Menconi FC booed when Marapá AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leon Oliverio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Amancio Quirce recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jeronimo Escobar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the final whistle sounded Menconi FC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Marapá AFC.
