Spectators: 7232 (Terracing: 5426, Seating: 1663, VIP seats: 143) Defensores los Talas's Fabian Oliverios started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Fabian Oliverios received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Alonzo Porfirio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 10th minute, Prudencio Pudes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 11th minute, Aureliano Lorenz sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and EL TACO NO!'s Alonzo Porfirio didn't even have to move. Nicolas Lehen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Hector Tomi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Defensores los Talas's Gonzalo Ponce got a free kick in the 26th minute. Hector Tomi was out of position in the 36 minute of play, and Nicolas Lehen capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Nicolas Lehen really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. In the 41stth minute of the game Nicolas Lehen who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Defensores los Talas's Hector Tomi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Nicolas Lehen stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. EL TACO NO!'s Carlos Fertus got a good chance for a goal in the 51st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nicolas Lehen in the 56th minute of play forced Defensores los Talas's goalkeeper Hector Tomi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Carlos Fertus fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hector Tomi having to interfere. In the 59th minute, Fabian Oliverios got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Hector Tomi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nicolas Lehen in the 63rd minute of play. Alonzo Porfirio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fabian Oliverios in the 66th minute of play. Hector Tomi came out of the goal in the 69th minute to try and stop a shot by EL TACO NO!'s Nicolas Lehen. But to his dismay, Nicolas Lehen quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. If Fabian Oliverios had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nicolas Lehen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Hector Tomi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Carlos Fertus received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Hector Tomi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Carlos Fertus had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 88 minutes into the game, Nicolas Lehen was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. EL TACO NO!'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Defensores los Talas the free kick. The supporters of Defensores los Talas booed when EL TACO NO! was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nicolas Lehen didn't get a good kick on the ball. Carlos Fertus might have been able to make a better finish in the 93rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Hector Tomi. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Carlos Fertus ran back to his position shaking his head. EL TACO NO! walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
