Defensores los Talas's attack was well implemented in the 13th minute, but when Fabian Oliverios was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Damian Valiente to make the kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Honorato Orlondo during the 79th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Hector Tomi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Damian Valiente in the 82nd minute of play.
