The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Arsenio Ferrando had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luisito Argoitz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sixto Frasquito in the 36th minute of the match. 43 minutes into the game, Eustacio Nerio cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Luisito Argoitz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Sixto Frasquito had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Serafin Quinten was the one to do the kick off. Luisito Argoitz made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when Delmar Jerardo sent off a good shot on target. Los Vagos's Sixto Frasquito got a good chance for a goal in the 56th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Los Vagos getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Arsenio Ferrando hit a great ball. 71 minutes into the game, Serafin Quinten cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-3. David Laurendi was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Sixto Frasquito's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 74thth minute, Luisito Argoitz skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 75th match minute, Los Vagos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Delmar Jerardo to maneuver through the defense. 76 minutes into the game, Vicente Che was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Los Vagos's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Arrutó AFC the free kick. 76 minutes into the game, one of Los Vagos:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 78th minute there was a penalty for Arrutó AFC. Roque Martinez stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving David Laurendi. 2-3. Sixto Frasquito sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Sixto Frasquito had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. David Laurendi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bernardino Heriberto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luisito Argoitz came out of the goal in the 95th minute to try and stop a shot by Los Vagos's Sixto Frasquito. But to his dismay, Sixto Frasquito quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-4. Los Vagos played a much better game than Arrutó AFC and deserved their victory. The Arrutó AFC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
