Damaso Franco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pascual Cibran having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Abelardo Kauldi during the 25th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to TALLERES DE CORDOBA getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Abelardo Kauldi hit a great ball. When Abelardo Kauldi was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 28 minutes had been played. Joel Sayveon might have been able to make a better finish in the 45th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Pascual Cibran. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Joel Sayveon ran back to his position shaking his head. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Damaso Franco was the one to do the kick off. 55 minutes into the match, TALLERES DE CORDOBA's Guillermo Truylos sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Teo Bitxintxo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Dalmacio Oro charged in rather forcefully in the 78th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Dalmacio Oro the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 78 played minutes TALLERES DE CORDOBA got a freekick which was hit by Dalmacio Oro. If Damaso Franco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in TALLERES DE CORDOBA's zone, Jonathan Lordi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pascual Cibran came out of the goal and Jonathan Lordi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Damaso Franco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. TALLERES DE CORDOBA were victorious despite being under pressure from Matheu for much of the match.
