Everardo Selmo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Santo Ubelteso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 35th minute, Victoriano Fertus got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 39 played minutes, Paneumo FC's Carolo Firmin shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Everardo Selmo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Paneumo FC reached it. After the first half Paneumo FC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Manuel Mantzio was the one to do the kick off. The crowd rose to their feet as Paneumo FC's Santo Ubelteso slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Everardo Selmo. That made the score 0-2 after 55 minutes of play. 59 minutes into the match, Paneumo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Manuel Mantzio came free, but Cayetano Quintin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 61 played minutes Sporting Menem DEAD got a freekick which was hit by Augusto Bitxintxo. Everardo Selmo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Santo Ubelteso in the 64th minute of the match. Cayetano Quintin came out of the goal and Victoriano Fertus tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sporting Menem DEAD's Augusto Bitxintxo pulled a muscle in his back after 81 minutes and couldn't finish the game. After 81 minutes, Maximino Sancho mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Paneumo FC and the Sporting Menem DEAD players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 82nd minute, Maximino Sancho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Victoriano Fertus had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Manuel Nayely's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cayetano Quintin read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 88th minute of play. In the 90th minute the ball was on its way in behind Sporting Menem DEAD's goalkeeper Everardo Selmo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.
