Spectators: 7341 (Terracing: 5508, Seating: 1688, VIP seats: 145) Baltasar Senio made the kick off and thus started the match. In the 3rd minute, Patricio Hug hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 8th minute, Patricio Hug managed to get in a good position for a shot. Zárate's supporters rose to their feet, but Patricio Hug was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cayetano Quintin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The attack was good, but when Severino Laffitte in the 14th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Teodosio Etor charged in rather forcefully in the 16th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Teodosio Etor the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 16th minute, Teodosio Etor hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Severino Laffitte spun around in front of the goal 17 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Zárate's goal. Severino Laffitte recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Zárate's Ruben Cai played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Santo Ubelteso in the 27th minute of play. Ruben Cai showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Santo Ubelteso in the 30th minute of the match. Ruben Cai came out of the goal in the 33rd minute to try and stop a shot by Paneumo FC's Santo Ubelteso. But to his dismay, Santo Ubelteso quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 40th match minute, Zárate was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teodosio Etor to maneuver through the defense. After 43 played minutes Paneumo FC got a freekick which was hit by Prospero Eufrasio. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Severino Laffitte fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ruben Cai having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Zárate's Arturo Perico got a free kick in the 61st minute. Teodosio Etor hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. In the 65th minute, Santo Ubelteso fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. In the 66th minute, Zárate's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Severino Laffitte fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Cayetano Quintin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Patricio Hug in the 69th minute of play. Ruben Cai was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Santo Ubelteso showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-2 in the 73 minute of play. Severino Laffitte sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ruben Cai showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Santo Ubelteso, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. If Patricio Hug had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Through an outstanding action, after 85 minutes, Ruben Cai successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Patricio Hug scored 1-2 in the 89th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Cayetano Quintin, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Paneumo FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
