Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Gavino Gorbea in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marcos Misael prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Carolo Montxo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Generoso Domenec showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alfredo Frederico, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Generoso Domenec was a little too slow when Carmelo Gasteiz got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 24th minute. The score was now 1-0. Marcos Misael showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gavino Gorbea in the 31st minute of the match. Jose Baleren lost his temper 34 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. A collision led to Cachueta getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Jesus Saturnin hit a great ball. Marcos Misael stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gavino Gorbea's shot from short distance in the 42nd minute. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Marciano Rico to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Marciano Rico made a precise shot to the right of Generoso Domenec. Cachueta's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Gregorio Blai kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. Generoso Domenec made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marciano Rico in the 73rd minute of play. After 74 minutes, Marciano Rico made it 3-1 with a short kick to the right side. Cachueta's Generoso Domenec tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. If Marciano Rico had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. Generoso Domenec was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, Cachueta's Gregorio Blai got a free kick in the 95th minute. In the 96th minute, Marciano Rico got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Caleufú FC had won after a very even match.
