When Desiderio Tavio fell near the penalty area in the 8th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Espirillos's protests and gave Desiderio Tavio a yellow card for diving instead. Desiderio Tavio hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. Octavio Atauri showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hipolito Arnas in the 12th minute of the match. Villa Urquiza FC's Gökçe Özsahin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Americo Perutxo in the 13th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Americo Perutxo in the 15th minute of play forced Villa Urquiza FC's goalkeeper Gökçe Özsahin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hipolito Arnas kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. In the 23rd minute, Ruben Berdoi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Espirillos's Juan Nalo couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 24th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Villa Urquiza FC. When Hipolito Arnas came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the Villa Urquiza FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Hipolito Arnas couldn't finish the play. If Jimeno Maore had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nemesio Teyo's late challenge caught a Espirillos's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nemesio Teyo helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Villa Urquiza FC's Nemesio Teyo got a free kick in the 30th minute. After having played for 39 minutes, Jimeno Maore managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Espirillos's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jimeno Maore was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 40 minutes into the game, Camilo Geleberto was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Villa Urquiza FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Espirillos the free kick. After 40 played minutes Villa Urquiza FC got a freekick which was hit by Camilo Geleberto.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Americo Perutxo made a kick off. Hipolito Arnas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Octavio Atauri tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With an all-out effort, Villa Urquiza FC's Octavio Atauri threw himself towards the right post 61 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Filomeno Urtsua, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. A hard shot 68 in the game by Hipolito Arnas from a close distance when the talented Octavio Atauri managed to make a qualified save. Espirillos's players were relieved. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Aldo Nofre during the 70th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Espirillos booed when Villa Urquiza FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aldo Nofre didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jimeno Maore sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jimeno Maore recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, Espirillos's Moises Castulo got a free kick in the 78th minute. When Moises Castulo was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 83 minutes had been played. Moises Castulo hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. The long shot by Gregorio Enmanuel in the 84th minute really tested Octavio Atauri's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. After a rather tough play, Espirillos's Americo Perutxo got a free kick in the 85th minute. Gökçe Özsahin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jimeno Maore in the 88th minute of play. 93 minutes into the game, Filomeno Urtsua recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Octavio Atauri. Filomeno Urtsua showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-1. 97 minutes into the game, Americo Perutxo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Espirillos's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Villa Urquiza FC the free kick. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Villa Urquiza FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
