Spectators: 7295 (Terracing: 5473, Seating: 1677, VIP seats: 145) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Aquiles Chan started the match with the kick off. Sergio Maria kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. Fabio Pintos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Silverio Pirmin, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. Victor Acevedo might have been able to make a better finish in the 9th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bartolo Ubarna. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Victor Acevedo ran back to his position shaking his head. Cochinoca's Bartolo Ubarna played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isaac Semeno in the 11th minute of play. If Isaac Semeno had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the Bayauca FC defense, Aquiles Chan kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fabio Pintos. The Bayauca FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fabio Pintos should have stopped the shot. Agustin Munio took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 23rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Fabio Pintos. Bayauca FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Fabio Pintos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Silverio Pirmin, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Silverio Pirmin in the 26th minute of play forced Bayauca FC's goalkeeper Fabio Pintos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cochinoca's Bartolo Ubarna proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 28th minute of the match, managed to save Cochinoca from getting a goal against them. Victor Acevedo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bartolo Ubarna having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Cochinoca's Cornelio Francesco got a free kick in the 30th minute. Rodrigo Gilesindo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 32nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rodrigo Gilesindo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Bartolo Ubarna having to make a save. After 39 minutes, Isaac Semeno mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bayauca FC and the Cochinoca players grew even worse after the yellow card. When Isaac Semeno was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 41 minutes had been played. The supporters of Cochinoca booed when Bayauca FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Isaac Semeno didn't get a good kick on the ball. Aquiles Chan's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fabio Pintos read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 44th minute of play. 45 minutes into the game, Cochinoca's Aquiles Chan nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Fabio Pintos made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2.

The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sergio Maria during the 52nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 52nd minute, one of Bayauca FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Bayauca FC. When Feliberto Osorio fell near the penalty area in the 56th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Cochinoca's protests and gave Feliberto Osorio a yellow card for diving instead. Victor Acevedo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bartolo Ubarna made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Victor Acevedo in the 67th minute of play. If Victor Acevedo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bartolo Ubarna didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Victor Acevedo went, in the 84th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. Victor Acevedo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Efrain Jerrald in the 90th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bartolo Ubarna prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Victor Acevedo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Efrain Jerrald managed to get in a good position for a shot. Bayauca FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Efrain Jerrald was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bartolo Ubarna breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
