Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Reynaldo Gergori started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. After a rather tough play, Polvaredas's Moises Eusko got a free kick in the 4th minute. In the 6th match minute, Polvaredas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Serafino Piarres to maneuver through the defense. After 8 minutes, Augusto Bazil mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Polvaredas and the LAZO players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 8th match minute, Polvaredas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Augusto Bazil to maneuver through the defense. The corner led LAZO's Raul Ortle to fire away a dangerous shot which Erubiel Cordarell despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Serafino Piarres's late challenge caught a LAZO's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Serafino Piarres helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of LAZO booed when Polvaredas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Serafino Piarres didn't get a good kick on the ball. Herminio Ibon made an important save on a dangerous shot by Adrian Henry in the 16th minute. When Cesar Mergildo got free in front of the goal in the 21st minute he wasn't very focused and chipped the ball just over the goal. Erubiel Cordarell was delighted since he was out of position and the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cesar Mergildo in the 23rd minute of play forced Polvaredas's goalkeeper Erubiel Cordarell to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 23rd match minute, Polvaredas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Serafino Piarres to maneuver through the defense. When the match clock showed 25 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Adrian Henry sped through LAZO's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Herminio Ibon. When Tobias Belo fell near the penalty area in the 31st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Polvaredas's protests and gave Tobias Belo a yellow card for diving instead. In the 31st minute, Tobias Belo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ariel Soin hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. Polvaredas's Reynaldo Gergori got a good chance for a goal in the 35th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Adrian Henrys short, quick shot in the 37thth minute got Herminio Ibon to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. After 40 played minutes Polvaredas got a freekick which was hit by Adrian Henry. Adrian Henry could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 42nd minute of the match, but Herminio Ibon made a huge save. The supporters of Polvaredas booed when LAZO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Atilano Librado didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Reynaldo Gergori had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Adrian Henry came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the Polvaredas fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Adrian Henry couldn't finish the play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cesar Mergildo made a kick off. In the 53rd minute, one of Polvaredas:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Polvaredas. After 62 played minutes LAZO got a freekick which was hit by Atilano Librado. After 80 minutes of play LAZO's Atilano Librado was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. When Reynaldo Gergori came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the Polvaredas fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Reynaldo Gergori couldn't finish the play. Herminio Ibon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Reynaldo Gergori in the 90th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Adrian Henry's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Herminio Ibon was relentless in the 91st minute of the game. Herminio Ibon came out of the goal in the 93rd minute to try and stop a shot by Polvaredas's Reynaldo Gergori. But to his dismay, Reynaldo Gergori quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. Herminio Ibon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Reynaldo Gergori, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute. For all the effort they put into the match, the LAZO players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Polvaredas.
