The referee showed Gaston Garaile the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 4 played minutes Aurinegro Millonario got a freekick which was hit by Gaston Garaile. If Fabio-Roman Paappanen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. After 23 played minutes Aurinegro Millonario got a freekick which was hit by Gaston Garaile. 27 minutes into the game, Lino Aurre was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Aurinegro Millonario's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Achuppallas the free kick. After a rather tough play, Aurinegro Millonario's Lino Aurre got a free kick in the 27th minute. In the 29th minute, Teobaldo Bermund hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Fabio-Roman Paappanen fell near the penalty area in the 32nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Achuppallas's protests and gave Fabio-Roman Paappanen a yellow card for diving instead. Fabio-Roman Paappanen hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. Gaston Garaile recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 37th minute Paulo Feo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fulgencio Guilabertus saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Fabio-Roman Paappanen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Fulgencio Guilabertus tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fulgencio Guilabertus showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Teobaldo Bermund, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Emanuele Bolli stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Horacio Peio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fabio-Roman Paappanen might have been able to make a better finish in the 56th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Fulgencio Guilabertus. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Fabio-Roman Paappanen ran back to his position shaking his head. Fulgencio Guilabertus came out of the goal in the 58th minute to try and stop a shot by Achuppallas's Fabio-Roman Paappanen. But to his dismay, Fabio-Roman Paappanen quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Fabio-Roman Paappanen struck a weak shot in the 66th minute. Fulgencio Guilabertus didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Achuppallas. After a rather tough play, Aurinegro Millonario's Horacio Peio got a free kick in the 71st minute. Horacio Peio hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. Froilan Atarrabi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Rodrigo Nafría tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Emanuele Bolli fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fulgencio Guilabertus having to interfere. 82 minutes into the game, Achuppallas's Edmondo Di Marino nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Fulgencio Guilabertus made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. Thanks to some nice moves Emanuele Bolli could shoot a difficult shot in the 86th minute, which Fulgencio Guilabertus however easily saved by the left post. Edmondo Di Marino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Fulgencio Guilabertus tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Edmondo Di Marino could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 95th minute of the match, but Fulgencio Guilabertus made a huge save. Achuppallas's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
